Service Description

Baby yoga classes held at the Swanland Village Hall, North Ferriby, HU14 3QR. Baby Yoga is based on Hatha Yoga,  classes are slow paced and gentle, a great introduction into basic yoga poses, developing a balance of both strength and flexibility. The ideal follow on baby class from baby massage. Running for 5 weeks, for babies from 12 weeks old until walking. Each week you will learn practices to: - strengthen awareness and bonding between parent and baby - aid relaxation in both baby and parent - stimulates baby’s development and promote tummy time  - support language and communication development  - strengthen muscles and joints and improve overall bodily functions and wellbeing - provide a space for parents and new mums to connect and find support and friendship
