Jo, from Event Crèchers and I have teamed up to bring you all an amazing new class; Mini Yogi's and Mindful Mums! Experience a magical blend of bonding time with your baby, followed by a fun, supervised play session for the little ones! While they play, you’ll get the chance to relax, unwind, and enjoy some well-deserved “me-time” practices. Join us for connection, laughter, and a little self-care just for you! This class will be running on Friday 29th November from 11-12 and will include: - Baby yoga and baby massage, with mum and baby Followed by: - Supervised play for baby (with Jo's experienced early years team) - Supportive solo stretches and relaxation practices for mum - Time for a hot drink and chat - Get in touch to add a sibling for half price!
