The Happy Baby Hive offers exclusive parent and baby classes and workshops, all specially selected for their benefits to parent and infant wellbeing. All of the courses and workshops deliver learnings and practices that:

- improve infant and parent wellbeing

- provide skills to comfort unsettled babies

- promote relaxation for both baby and parent

- support infant development

Baby massage

This is the perfect first class for you and your little one. Learn skills to help your baby with issues such as colic, teething and sleeping, whilst also creating a lifelong practice that helps strengthen the bond between you and your child. This is currently run as a stand-alone course, however if you would like to join on a rolling basis, please get in touch.

The course is relaxed, inclusive and baby-centered; providing a lovely memory making experience as well as the opportunity to meet other new mums and parents. Running for 5-weeks, for babies 6-8 weeks old until crawling, it includes:

  • free organic oil & goody-bag

  • instruction booklet & bonus video access

  • routines for the whole body

  • bonus Colic routine

  • weekly refreshments

  • graduation certificate and photo opportunity

  • access to resources and support for parents

baby yogA

Baby Yoga is a great complimentary practice to Baby Massage and the ideal next step for you and baby. A wonderful mix of stretching, movement, play and relaxation. Learn skills to aid baby's development as well as improve overall wellbeing for parent and baby. This is a rolling course, meaning you can join as many terms as you like.

 

Baby Yoga is based on Hatha Yoga,  classes are slow paced and gentle; a great introduction into basic yoga poses, developing a balance of both strength and flexibility. Each week you will learn practices to:

  • strengthen awareness and bonding between parent and baby

  • aid relaxation in baby and parent

  • stimulates baby’s development and promote tummy time 

  • support language and communication development 

  • strengthen muscles and joints and improve overall bodily functions and wellbeing

  • provide a space for parents and new mums to connect and find support and friendship

toddler yoga

Toddler Yoga is the next step after Baby Yoga, aimed at more active babies who are 18 months/walking to approximately 3 years old. These classes combine yoga, songs and play, letting you continue to experience the many amazing benefits of yoga with more active little ones. This is a rolling course, meaning you can join as many terms as you like. 

 

Toddler Yoga is a slightly shorter class, just 45 minutes, and we move through the activities slightly quicker, to help keep little ones engaged. Each course includes:

  • welcome songs

  • yoga stretches and moves

  • breathing/mindfulness techniques for little ones

  • parachute play fun

  • mindfulness practices for parents & bubbles for the little ones!

  • gentle stretches for parents

  • heuristic treasure baskets

  • a hot drink & biscuits

  • end of course graduation certificate
